Children receive First Reconciliation and First Eucharist in the second grade. Diocesan policy requires that each child be in preparation for two years, first and second grade religious education (CCD). The parents, as primary educators of their children, also attend two meetings for each Sacrament and oversee their children’s work. Requirements and schedules are sent to families in May for the coming year.
